Total Loss Only (TLO)
Provides guarantee against losses if the insured vehicle suffers a total loss, as a result of the risks guaranteed in the Combined Insurance coverage with a record that the vehicle suffers a total loss which includes:

Covers losses for which the Insured is legally liable to a Third Party, directly caused by the insured motor vehicle.
Covers the legal liability of the Insured to the Passenger for death, bodily injury, care or medical expenses including loss and or damage to property carried by the Passenger who at the time of the accident was in the insured motor vehicle directly caused by the motor vehicle accident as a result of the risk covered by the Policy, except for:

There are 2 Total Loss claims, namely Constructive Total Loss (CTL) claims and Overall Loss claims.
The actual price of the vehicle is the value of the sales proceeds that can be obtained in the free market immediately before the loss and or damage to motorized vehicles with the same brand, type, model and year as stated in the policy.
The Sum Insured stated in the policy is less than the actual price of the motor vehicle.
The basis of compensation for Total Loss claims is the actual price of the vehicle shortly before the loss and or damage with the same brand, type, model and year, up to a maximum of the sum insured.
The Sum Insured is divided by the Actual Price at the time of the accident or loss multiplied by the amount of repair value.
