The risks that are not guaranteed are if an accident occurs because of the insured or the policyholder:

  • Riding or riding a motorcycle
  • Unauthorized passenger in air travel
  • Doing dangerous sports, for example: mountain climbing and the like, martial arts, car or motorbike racing, diving and the like, winter sports
  • Committed a crime or bad faith
  • Being infected with HIV or other sexually transmitted diseases
  • Drug use
  • Food poisoning
  • War, riot or nuclear radiation.

Any individual who is 16 years old to 59 years old. As for students, there is a special product called student personal accident insurance that covers students from elementary school to college.

Since the risk covered is the possibility of an accident happening to the insured, while the factor is dominated by the insured's activities, the premium is influenced by the insured's occupation.

  • Class 1: People whose main occupation is in the office or often stay in the office.
  • Group 2: People of class A who are often out on business or housewives.
