In general, the information needed is the name of the insured, means of conveyance, ETD, from and destination, price insured by attaching invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and goods being transported. Other data needed will be adjusted to the Insured Goods.
The type of transportation means can be anything, except for barges (case by case) and non-BKI ships.
